Seminars in Computer Networking

Objectives

  • Develop a critical spirit about scientific work, development work and case studies.
  • Communicate about research topics, including the formulation of questions.
  • Analyse scientific contributions and case studies.
  • Write an essay on a seminar topic, or on a student’s proposal under the course coordinator approval, making use of acquired knowledge.
  • Reflect on the skills needed for academic and/or business careers.
  • Understand additional topics related to Computer Networks, not covered in depth in the study plan.

Program

  • The seminar’s programme topics are established at the beginning of each academic year and are expected to include topics of interest not directly covered in the degree programme.
